My Stress

Stress is what you feel when you have to handle more than you are used to. When you are stressed, your body responds as though you are in danger. It makes hormones that speed up your heart. make you breathe faster, and give you a burst of energy. This is called the fight-or-flight stress response.

Find a hobby – When your job has built up to be too much for you to handle, find something you enjoy doing that you can use to relax and release the tension. A hobby will allow you to spend some quiet time to yourself in calm surroundings.

Reduce chemical stress – Certain chemicals like caffeine, nicotine, alcohol and sugar can raise energy short term, but can make things worse in the long run. Try to limit their use during the day 'and especially before you go to bed. but the problem is i can't drink alcohol.so un-applicable

This won’t work for you unless you are ready and open to it, but I find that studying self development materials, and more importantly understanding, believing and putting the concepts learnt into action, is one of the best ways to reduce your stress. You realize that your worries are pretty trivial and life isn’t that complex.
